There are two forms involved in the process of purchasing a lot. The '60-Day Lot Reservation', along with a $500 deposit, is used to put a "hold" on a lot for 60 days before you actually have to make the purchase. This allows you, the customer, to work with the builder of your choice to put a plan together. The 'Purchase Agreement' is the contract that will be used when you are ready to purchase the lot.
